RUKCON Auction text alerts

RUKCON Auction alerts is a text message program from Rise Up Kings for guests bidding in the RUKCON 11 silent auction at bid.rukcon.com. It runs for the event, October 15 to 17, 2026, plus the few days after it when winners are charged and receive receipts.

When you sign in at bid.rukcon.com, you enter your mobile number. Below it is a checkbox, unchecked until you tick it, that reads:

Text me RUKCON Auction alerts from Rise Up Kings: outbid and closing alerts, my winning items and receipt, and updates from the auction team. Not required to bid. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

You only receive alerts if you tick that box. Bidding never requires it: without texts, alerts show in the app, and by email when we have your address. Separately, the sign-in screen texts you a one-time code because you asked for it; that code is not part of this program and no further texts follow from it.

• Outbid alerts, with the new top bid and a link to bid again
• A last call shortly before bidding closes
• The items you won and where to collect your certificate
• Your receipt, or a secure link to pay if your card is declined
• Occasional updates from the auction team about the auction itself

Every text starts with "RUKCON Auction:", and your first one ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." We never send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

Message frequency varies with how you bid. Most guests receive a few texts over the event; an active bidder may receive more while the auction is open.

Rise Up Kings does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply, billed by your mobile carrier.

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you opt in again by replying START. You can keep bidding: alerts still show in the app, and by email when we have your address.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts go to US and Canadian mobile numbers only.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
